Akhirnya log in jugak setelah sekian lama bertapa..Baby pun dah almost 5 mths..
Alhamdullillah nmpknya ada masa nak aktif blk dlm dunia baking....even masa sgt2 terhad & bz with 3 kiddo kat umah, xtvt baking tetap berjalan walaupun x byk yg mampu di ambil...nk buat camne kan dah hobi kita..pastu sumber rezeki jugak kan :)

Since this is long weekends, i believe many people out there take this opportunity to engaged, married, holiday n etc...below Hantaran CC was ordered by my neighbour, K.Ayu..a wedding hantaran present for her brother in law..(if not mistaken)...Choc Moist Fondant CC, deco with roses in green/ white theme. She request the decoration similarly with my previous CC with red roses. Here is the outcome, and of course a little bit adjustment :)

My New Year celebration was with all these cakes..huhuhu...4 days after Safrina's order, me continue with this order..i can say a huge order for me laaa...what a hectic days, with kids around..Must complete 300 pcs cuppies with 2 cakes for wedding cake table...huhuhuhu

Below order's was made for my ex school mate, Nurul for her borther's wedding. Actually is a surprise gift for her beloved bro..emmm nice sis huh? A bit late deliver those cakes about 1.30pm..Earlier plan the cake will put fresh roses, but the wedding canopy incharge change the Roses to Orkids...

Dear friends and my value customers....

Effective 1st Jan 2010, all cakes will be apply new price..this is due to (surely) cost increase..pls refer Menu & Pricing for your references.
For bulk order we still can negotiate for the price yeah.. ^_^ :)
One more thing, now I'm fully employed thus any last minute order I cant entertain anymore, and I have to limit orders taking. Pls make your order at least 3 days before pickup date, and for bulk order at least 1 weeks in advance. This is to give me ample time for preparation.

Just 2 days after kenduri, my oven start baked a cake..its for my father in law's birthday..
Since they love to eat butter cake, I Made a simple butter cake for him layered with blueberry jamed and toped with choc ganche..
Without any fancy deco on top of him, the taste still great!.. :) I'm running out of time since still felt the tiredness of kenduri, and the childrens not feeling well..I'm so flat, but insist to do it just because to make the parents happy.....

Its has been a while my blog not updated..i'm so bz...bz with order and kenduri cukur rambut & aqiqah our daughter last week..so tiring...I made about 300pcs cc for gift box and makan2 for the kenduri....I have never did cupcake in hurry..but for this kenduri i'm in that situation..aarrggghh..thank god i have my youngest sister who helped me for the cc making..nasib sgt2..

This cake ordered from my ex school mate, for her sister birthday with graduation theme. She requested graduation cap mesti ada..tak kesah la design mcm mana pun janji ada grad cap..so easy deal with her..very nice lady...alhamdullilah i manage to do it the cap with scroll added..

This is repeat order from our family caterer..Asnah Catering.
100pcs mix flavor with choc moist and vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting..
I made 2 design, kids theme and rosset design....since there's no any design requested
thus i playing with color and the design....Emm actually I'm more prefer customer comeup with their own design and request, because it's easy for me to plan for the deco....sometime its hard for me to think what design should be, cantik ke..suka ke customer nanti....takut jugak if buat design sendri customer tak suka..itu la persoalan bermain2 di fikiran...ye la..saya nikan masih baru lagi dlm bidang deco mendeco ni...so masih tercari2 my own signature...
So that kalau blh..pls help me to give your prefered design..senang keje saya...

Anyway....kek ini diorder utk function apa sy pun tak tau, until my hubby delivered the cake, then only we know this cake for mkn2 for kenduri bertunang..alamakkkk design kids theme tu mmg tak kena habis dgn function...adussss rasa guilty sgt2...since they not mention any design therefore i made it on my own preferences...silap saya jugak tak tanya cuppies ni tuk apa...takpe ini pelajaran tuk saya..walaupun no complaint from them....
anyway made a follow up and alhamdullilah..they gave the kids makan2 on d kenduri day...

Emm at first i was thinking..red color? alamakkkk...this is the color actually quite difficult to get..but i take the challenge and I start my experiment....finally i got the rite color with some mixture of red color...she placed order together with her design. So senanggg keje saya...She request choc moist flavor in size M and teringin nak bunga2 fondant but with some budget...emm akak ni org lebih kurang dik not to worry ye i tell her :) Anyway I did extra for her caused i really happy she's the 1st person contact me rite after i advertised my biz at mudah.com :), thank you dear hope u like it, the cake flavor and the design.

A special treat for my son's 4th year birthday...He is so crazy with Ben 10 and I know all kids out there are craze with him now.... Thus I made a simple Ben 10 theme birthday cupcake for him and bought a Race Car jelly Cake...
I made Vanilla butter cake with blueberry filling and Coconut Pandan butter cake frosting with vanilla buttercream, edible image and little bit of piping jelly mint flavor...the taste its really awesome..hahahah :P

Its a long time already...after a long leave here i'm back to my normal life with new schedule..of course with new born baby dania.... :) Time is really precious!! aduhhh mmg rush hour betul..hahaha

Anyway, this is my 1st attempt after 2 mths cuti from my little kitchen..hahaha... my dear hubby's birthday cake...actually not plan to do it...coz baru habis pantang...tp boring punya pasal buat jugak le...choc moist cake..end up jadi brownies..hahahha..topping choc too moist!

And this is choc moist cake also toped with choc buttercream... ordered by office mate hb..simple deco..but not so smooth...need to practice somemore...
ni la dia hasilnya bila kanak2 riang join in d kitchen....ermmm...some technical error happened...tp dh selamat pun...but the important is d same great taste..hahahah :P

Not to forget...today is my 5th Anniversary.....and plan to do some celebration cake for this...ermmm....n again time is really precious!!! Actually just complete my steam choc moist cake ordered from my old friend aka loyal customer..hahahahah...tq dear..

These is old picture of mine, i did my 1st 3D birthday cake for my son 3rd birthday..Since I'm a beginner i can say quite tough to complete the cake..i just apply my basic deco that i have learn before to make this cake happened, even without attend special class for 3D cake... :)

Bottom cake was 2 X 9 inch carrot cake, combine and cream with cheese cream & buttercream..top of the cake was vanilla butter cake..This cake so heavy approximate at 4kg++..My son so crazy with lightning McQueen Cars..so i made the character and rent the pan at ICCA Wilton PJ....a lot of mistake i did and really a good lesson for me..at 1st i baked choc moist cake for the car's character...so happened the cakes was stick to the pan and broke while remove from the pan..with frustrating i baked for 2nd time by using butter cake recipe and layer the pan with shortening and dust with flour..alhamdullilah the 2nd time much more better and easy to peel off from the pan...that's my story behind the cakes..huuhu
